The Digital Literacy & ICT Empowerment Program is one of Cotech’s flagship initiatives dedicated to equipping underserved communities with practical, market-ready digital skills. Our policy ensures a safe, ethical, and respectful learning environment for all.

Each learner may only use one computer at a time; equipment must remain in the lab.
Unauthorized software installations or reconfigurations are prohibited.
No food, tobacco, or disruptive behavior in labs.
Respect privacy, avoid explicit content, and uphold professionalism.
Children must be supervised; all users must log out after use.
Violation of any rule may result in disciplinary action or legal consequences.
