Josphat Munyasia
Founder (Vision Bearer)
A visionary Kenyan youth leader dedicated to community projects and sustainable development. Born in Misanga Village, Kitale, Josphat pursued education at Misanga Primary, Namanjalala Secondary, and Laikipia University.
He has held roles with TVETA, KRA, and Rays of Hope, and leads curriculum development initiatives for a U.S.-based organization.

Wilberforce Imbayi
Chair of the Board
A computer science graduate with over 12 years in the ICT sector, Wilberforce is a Senior ICT Officer at TVET Authority and Co-founder of Sherehe App, a startup leveraging AI and Big Data.

Mike Cheptot
Project Manager
A teacher by profession with expertise in children’s welfare, youth affairs, and community engagement. He oversees all Cotech projects, ensuring impactful outcomes.
Dendrick Oketch
Programs Coordinator
A passionate youth leader responsible for mapping and designing all Cotech programs. With a degree in Public Relations, he brings creativity and innovation to every initiative.
Ednah Mweti
Finance Manager
Manages Cotech's finances and assets with precision and care. A graduate of Laikipia University with a degree in Information Science and a trainer in life skills and stress management.
